TUESDAY:
I went with Boaz's family to a park where all of his family was there for a bbq. I talked with his cousins and aunts and uncles and sat with his dad's mom for a bit. She was on the kinder transport and she was from austria. It was really interesting to hear her story. It was nice how I was comfortable with everyone. Oh, but before lunch, i played horse with Boaz and I beat him! Ha ha! Yoav was all over me, but he's so cute!! I hung out with Anat and she worked on her english while I worked on my hebrew. I did the same with maya, his cousin that is sophie's age and acts similar to soph-not her age! I juggled the soccer ball with them for a bit too. Boaz is good at soccer. It was nice how his family were impressed by my juggling skills. It was funny how we had lunch and his mom kept on feeding me. there were so many different families there. It was such a cool experience. Yoav saw one of his friends and introduced me hahaha. When everyone was eating their popsicles (because it was hot out), Boaz's dad grilled steaks. So funny. In Boaz's family, desert is steak! It was such a great yom hatzmaoot. After, Boaz and I hung out for a bit before he had to go catch a bus. At the CBS I took a bus back to katie's. I packed up and wanted to catch a bus back to arad that night...after waiting really long for one bus, I got to the CBS with 3 minutes left before the bus was going to leave. I got there and people were still in line. No room. Great. I was in such a bad mood because I was just so tired. I had to wait a long time for the bus back to katie's (waste of 2 times on my cardisia) and talked to mom for a little. When I got back to Katie's I just went straight to bed.
