Today (!!) I woke up to Leah tapping me and having to take out my ear plugs so she could tell me that we were going to have breakfast with Shai in 30 minutes. Note to anyone who wants to wear earplugs: they are great, but you should probably use a Q-tip before you put them in :) He came early so after freaking out and changing with Rach, we had a nice, funny breakfast with french toast and other delicious things. Then we got ready for our hike as shai chilled and talked with us on our couch. I looked like a hippie, hiking mom. Shoot.

Shai said it wasn't really a hike, so I just wore chacos. The hike was a hike and it was pretty hot out, but really pretty. The rocks getting into my shoes were a little annoying, but besides that and my semi hairy armpits because the razor rach gave me sucks, it was good. Didn't bring my camera because it was shabbas. I got to hang out with Katie which was really nice. I think I got some color. I got home around 4:30ish and we all had a great lunch feast. So nice to have a filled refridge and pantry (they went shopping when I was in tel aviv.) After hanging out and having soup we had to find this kids apartment to pay him for this music festival weekend. Then I came home showered and have been reading a magazine, socializing, blogging and talking to people!

Must get to bed soon because tomorrow it is the first day of school. Rach might need to me to hold her hand as we walk to the ulpan tomorrow (hasn't gone to regular school since the beginning of 9th grade.)
