Yesterday Leah woke me up to let me know she researched and found a legit business that picks out lice. It is expensive, but we are doing it. It is in Jerusalem, but they come to us. The guy we walked to was American, but he said that she can't come today because she has an appointment at 5. We were so pissed. After having breakfast and chilling for a little (aka napping), we went to the grocery store. They have free sheyruts to and from the market. You just have to pay to have your groceries delivered, but we just brought backpacks with us hoping we would get away with it. It is a big super market. We got what we needed and then tried to pack everything in our backpacks, we still had some extra bags. While waiting for the shayrut to come and pick us up, I would pick out some of the eggs for fun out of my tightly french braided hair. When we got back and unloaded we had some lunch and i texted boaz letting him know and he called me. I didn't want to answer, but luckily he is Israeli and they have all gotten lice and arent grossed out by it. He offered him and his mom to come to me and just pick them all out-rather than paying the woman a lot of money. He also told me just to bleach my hair so then it will kill all of them. Um no thanks. He was trying to convince me saying I need to do it once in my life. Don't worry, im not going to listen to the crazy Israeli. He then had to go, but said he is enjoying the army so far. He just has 20 minutes to do this and 5 minutes to get there, etc. I then took another little nap before going to do our laundry. That took time, but while we were washing everything, I did my hebrew homework.
After talking to a guy as we were leaving who was asking about the laundry place and talking about a place that does it for you and how good it is...he told us later that it was his, we went back home. Then we had dinner, hung out with shai and I blogged and talked to steph and noah for a bit. Leah and I want to make shirts saying "We are clean" on the front and on the back having "almost." hahahaha. Boaz called me again, but only had 20 seconds to say goodnight to me. hahahaha.
I got to bed around 12:30ish. I had many dreams that Leah told me that the woman couldn't come anymore because she had different appointments and the dreams were so weird. In another dream everyone had to check their name if they had lice and I was on a tour. Really weird. I also had a dream about my academic advisor telling me in an email to not refer to him as "tim" but timothy or "mr. dodd" because I emailed him last night asking about how i register and i referred to him as "tim."
